We experienced all ranges of weather and activities in the beautiful Bay of Islands, the place where Captain Cook first landed in New Zealand and started a new chapter in the country's history.

A most memorable day had Brent elected chief twice and lifting the hangi at the historic Waitangi Treaty grounds

Getting on the water is a must on the North Island of New Zealand, and what better way to do it than kayak to a volcano!
